The current weather situation in southern Germany and especially in Günzburg is causing severe restrictions in the entire region. In view of the declared disaster and the current flood situation in the district of Günzburg, LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort is in close contact with the district administration and the local emergency services. The resort grounds are located outside the immediate flood zones and are considered safe.

As the resort grounds are located outside the immediate flood zones, the LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort park will remain open until further notice. Due to the weather conditions, there may be restrictions on the attractions.

In close coordination between the management of LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort and District Administrator Dr. Hans Reichhart, our resort, including the vacation village, will remain open and overnight stays are generally possible.

In addition, we can also guarantee optimal support measures for the aid workers on site. For example, we can currently offer accommodation in our vacation village and catering for around 200 relief workers deployed in our region. Our Managing Director Manuela Stone is in constant contact with the local crisis team to ensure we provide comprehensive support.

The primary goal is to provide the district with the best possible support in dealing with this emergency situation as well as the energetic helpers.

For our guests who are affected by the current events or would prefer to arrive at a later date due to the current situation, we offer the possibility of flexible rebookings. Applies only to arrivals on June 3 & 4, 2024.
