The current weather situation in southern Germany and especially in Günzburg is causing severe restrictions in the entire region. If you have any questions about your stay at LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort or the PEPPA PIG Park, please check the following FAQs first, which we will update on an ongoing basis.

As there may currently be longer waiting times on the phone at our call center, we kindly ask you to send us all further inquiries by e-mail via info@PEPPAPIGPark.de. We will get back to you as soon as possible and ask for your understanding that it may take a little longer than usual.

Questions & Answers

In view of the declared disaster and the current flood situation in the district of Günzburg, LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort is in close contact with the district administration and the local emergency services. The resort grounds are located outside the immediate flood zones and are considered safe.

Due to the current situation, the resort management has decided to keep the PEPPA PIG Park closed on Monday, June 3 and Tuesday, June 4.

We offer you the following options:

  • If you would still like to visit us and use your PEPPA PIG Park tickets, you can visit the LEGOLAND Deutschland theme park on Monday and Tuesday with your PEPPA PIG Park tickets. Simply hand in your PEPPA PIG Park tickets to the LEGOLAND staff at no extra charge and enjoy your day at the park. Your parking tickets are also valid for the LEGOLAND parking lot.
  • Alternatively, we offer you a refund of the tickets. In this case, please send an e-mail with the subject "Erstattung Hochwasser" and the confirmation number of your ticket booking to info@PEPPAPIGPark.de. We will then refund the amount to the payment method used for the booking as quickly as possible.

Free day reservations for your Merlin Adventure Pass or your undated early bird tickets do not need to be rebooked, these will be canceled by us directly.

As the resort grounds are located outside the immediate flood zones, the LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort park will remain open until further notice. Due to the weather conditions, there may be restrictions on the attractions.

In close coordination between the management of LEGOLAND Deutschland Resort and District Administrator Dr. Hans Reichhart, our resort, including the vacation village, will remain open and overnight stays are generally possible.

In addition, we can also guarantee optimal support measures for the aid workers on site. For example, we can currently offer accommodation in our vacation village and catering for around 200 relief workers deployed in our region. Our Managing Director Manuela Stone is in constant contact with the local crisis team to ensure we provide comprehensive support.

The primary goal is to provide the district with the best possible support in dealing with this emergency situation as well as the energetic helpers.

For our guests who are affected by the current events or would prefer to arrive at a later date due to the current situation, we offer the possibility of flexible rebookings. Applies only to arrivals on June 3 & 4, 2024.
